These Terms of Use apply to your use of alexasdominicansalon.com (the "Site"), operated by Alexa's Dominican Salon and Alexa's Salon Barber Shop, 775 Port Reading Ave, Port Reading, NJ 07064. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information on the Site
We work to keep our services, prices, hours and photos accurate and up to date. Prices shown are starting prices or estimates; the final price depends on hair length, thickness, condition, products used and time required, and will be confirmed before your service. Services, prices and hours may change without notice.
2. Appointments and online booking
Online appointments are made through third-party platforms: Square (salon) and Fresha (barbershop). When you book, you also agree to that platform's terms and to the deposit, cancellation and no-show policy shown at the time of booking. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
3. Your health and safety
Please tell your stylist, barber or nail technician about any allergies, scalp or skin conditions, pregnancy, medications or recent chemical treatments before your service. We may recommend a patch or strand test before color, keratin, relaxer or other chemical services. Results vary from person to person depending on hair and skin type and history.
4. Gift cards
Gift cards are sold and processed through Square and are subject to Square's terms and to New Jersey law.
5. Photos and content on the Site
The text, logos, photos and videos on the Site belong to Alexa's Dominican Salon or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Client photos are published only with the client's permission (see our Privacy Policy). To request removal of a photo in which you appear, contact us.
6. Reviews and testimonials
Reviews shown on the Site are real reviews written by clients on public platforms such as Google, shown with the reviewer's first name and last initial. We do not pay for reviews or edit their meaning. Individual experiences may vary.
7. Job applications
Submitting an application through the Site does not guarantee an interview or employment.
